Let me again say "Welcome" to my book site, and please call me, Jan. I hope after you leave our site, well, one-that you have placed an order, and two-that you realize this is not just another site.

I started this book site for two reasons. I love reading and I'm tired of paying for things that are not worth paying for!

I, along with my wonderful husband Bill, have two grown children, that are on their own; living out of state. I was a teacher for 17 years, and as I have stated earlier on my main page, have accumulated many different books throughout my years. Some have been through my students, parents, other teachers, schools, and others have been through libraries that were discarding them; the list goes on!!

I have always been the one to recommend books to other people. There have been times where someone has told me that they couldn't find a certain book, and I've been able to locate it. Now, that doesn't happen 100% of the time, but I love the challenge of the hunt!!

I love encouraging others to read, and it's one of the best ways to keep the mind active, so I guess that is another reason I started this web site. I invite you to sign my guest book, or email me.
